gLink-II 固高自主知识产权的实时、冗余、设备对等的千兆工业以太网协议(简称等环网)
GVN 系列运动控制卡,其核心为专用高性能多核处理器,可以实现高性能的控制计算。它适用领域广泛,
包括半导体加工、机器人、数控机床、木工机械、印刷机械、装配生产线、电子加工设备、激光加工设备以及
高速gLink-II 能够提供高性能闭环控制,控制周期最快可达50 微秒,包括位置环、速度环和各种前馈及
滤波算法,适用于半导体、激光加工等行业,搭配固高GSHD 驱动器可实现对电机的精确快速控制。
通用gLink-II 和EtherCAT 能够提供多达256 轴的运动控制,并具有位置比较输出(PCO)、位置同步输
出(PSO)、激光能量控制、振镜控制等丰富的功能,可配合固高GSHD 驱动器、GNM 模块、GTM 模块使用,
同时兼容标准EtherCAT 外设,适用于多种类型的自动化设备和自动化流水线。
GVN 系列运动控制卡以计算机及其兼容机为主机,提供标准的PCIe x4 总线接口产品。运动控制卡提供
C++/C# 等函数库和Windows/Linux 动态链接库,实现复杂的控制功能。用户能够将这些控制函数与自己控制
系统所需的数据处理、界面显示、用户接口等应用程序模块集成在一起,构建符合特定应用需求的控制系统,
详细功能列表如表 1-2 所示(根据专用处理器双核进行分类),用户需要根据实际需求选择不同的型号,

打开包装前,请先查看外包装标明的产品型号是否与订购的产品一致。打开包装后,请先戴上随箱配置的
防静电手套,然后按照《装箱清单》或订购合同仔细核对配件是否齐备。检查运动控制卡的表面是否有机械损
坏,如果运动控制卡表面有损坏,或产品内容不符合,请不要使用,立即与固高或经销商联系。
请小心拿放,在接触控制卡电路或插/ 拔控制卡之前请戴上防静电手套或者触摸有
(2)打开计算机机箱,选择一条空闲的PCIe x4 插槽,用螺丝刀卸下对应插槽的挡板条。
在Windows 下安装驱动程序方法基本一致,在此以Windows 7 为例进行图解说明:
(1)在硬件安装好,启动计算机后,Windows 将自动检测到运动控制卡,打开“设备管理器”,如图 2-1所示。
(3)选中“PCI 内存控制器”,点击鼠标右键。如图 2-1 及图 2-2 所示,点击“更新驱动程序软件(P)…”。
(4)选择“浏览计算机以查找驱动程序软件(R)”。界面如下图 2-3 所示。
(6)如图 2-5 所示,勾选 “始终信任来自”固高科技( 深圳) 有限公司的软件(A)”,点击“安装(I)”。
(8)安装成功后,打开设备管理器,可以看到驱动已经安装成功,如图 2-7 所示。
登录固高官方网站下载MotionStudio 系统调试软件,测试主机是否和运动控制卡建立了联系。
MotionStudio 是固高运动控制卡的功能演示和调试软件,通过该软件可以查看和监控控制卡状态、配置板卡、
如果MotionStudio 能正常工作(如图 2-8 所示),证明运动控制卡通讯正常。用户如需参考更详细的使
用说明,请打开MotionStudio 软件,点击“帮助”菜单中的“帮助文档”。
为安全起见,建议用户初次使用控制卡时,务必将电机与负载脱离开,在未完成控
制系统的安装、调试前,不要将电机与任何机械装置连接。待调整控制卡以及驱动
在驱动器没有与运动控制卡连接之前,连接驱动器与电机。用户必须仔细地阅读驱动器的说明书,正确连
仔细了解控制卡的接口信号和电机驱动器的接口定义,妥善连线并避免带电插拔接
口。否则,信号连接错误或带电操作可能导致系统正反馈或硬件损坏使系统不能正
使用“通用gLink-II”协议时,连接轴模块必须以网口A 作为起始连接端口,最后
